Trust between communities hard-earned, needs constant tending: Lawrence Wong

Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said Singapore needs to give constant care and attention to the work of preserving trust among its different communities, especially as the global environment becomes more fraught and people increasingly identify themselves along tribal lines. He was speaking at IRO’s 75th anniversary celebration.
