Hong Kong halts morning stock trading as ‘black rainstorm’ warning takes effect

This is Hong Kong’s first black rainstorm warning since 2021, with severe flooding in many parts of the city. Schools have been cancelled and the government is appealing for employers to allow staff to work under flexible arrangements. CNBC’s Emily Tan reports.
